This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which GCS Global Services Ltd (from here on referred to as “Global Corporate Services”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from individuals (further in this document referred to as “individual”) who provide us with their personal data through various methods such as a landing page, website, online form and other electronic means.   • The period for which the personal data will be stored – Personal data will be stored for prescribed periods as established by the AML national or EU legislation and/or any other applicable laws which
    we need to comply with, while providing our services.

  • Right to have your data transferred to another service provider, as applicable, subject to Global Corporate Services obligation to retain a copy of certain data in compliance with legal obligations
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the information and Data Protection Commissioner
